Our SAP add-ons (alone or combined with Kofax products) are software modules that adapt your SAP environment to suit specific preferences, for instance to optimize your invoice processing method, to check payment files or to digitize documents.
SAP add-ons: flexible, fast and scalable
Our add-ons are fully integrated solutions that are highly standardized. We support almost all every conceivable scenario, so there is little need for on-site customization. They are in essence best-practice templates that can be easily implemented, i.e. fully flexible and scalable.
Rapid implementation
We do not need much implementation time and we take up as little of the customer’s resources as possible. Normally, we’re ready within three months. That’s quick. It doesn’t mean that we charge for three full months of consultancy, though. We work with fixed prices, with the consultancy in the standard process being equivalent to 5-10 days for fine-tuning the implementation and training staff.
Nothing that isn’t needed
Comparable solutions from other suppliers almost always have functionalities that your organization does not need. Those packages are more extensive, unnecessarily increasing the implementation time and price. This is not the case for our add-ons: they are developed so that you only purchase what you need.
