Terms and Conditions of Delivery

Connect Solutions is a member of NLdigital. It is important for IT suppliers to make sound agreements with their clients. That’s why we use the terms and conditions of NLdigital. It means that we don’t have to reinvent the wheel every time when preparing agreements with our clients. The NLdigital Terms and Conditions are standard: they are rules that help spread the responsibilities and risks fairly.

Terms and conditions of delivery: the basis for a sound agreement

The NLdigital Terms and Conditions build on previous versions of the terms of delivery (such as the Nederland ICT Terms and Conditions and ICT Office Terms and Conditions). They have been adapted to fit with new legislation, jurisprudence and conversations with our grassroots customers and suppliers: they are the foundations of a good contract. That is why these terms and conditions have been the standard in the market for years. The NLdigital Terms and Conditions are perfectly in line with GDPR legislation.

The NLdigital Terms and Conditions have been filed with the Midden-Nederland District Court and apply to all contracts with Connect Solutions.
